I use the recipe for the cake and I add a mixture of apples! It’s absolutely delicious and the kids love it!
For the Cake
500 g. Self-rising flour
250 butter at room temperature
250 ml fresh milk
1 vanilla (or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract)
400 g sugar
4 eggs
In a mixer’s bowl, add the butter and sugar and whisk the mixture until fluffy and white.
Add the eggs one by one and the vanilla and whisk for another 2-3 minutes. Add the milk and whisk for another 1 minute.
Stop the mixer and add the flour. Whisk on the lowest speed until the dough is smooth.
For the Apples
5 apples (1 kilo)
1 tablespoon cinnamon, grated
50 g granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Cut the apples into small pieces, no more than 2cm in length. Mix all the ingredients together.

Pour the apple mixture into the cake mixture and whisk until it is combined. Then pour the mixture into a silicon cake tin. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 60-70 minutes. Allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes and then taste it. Bon appetit!
